You're the financial face of Desert Bluffs, and the last person someone sees before they leave. As a Casino Cashier, you run our cage — handling chip transactions, cash exchanges, and player payouts with speed and accuracy. You know where every dollar is at all times, you keep the line moving, and you treat every player interaction as part of the overall experience. On days our soft count team isn't in, you step in and help cover count duties — so comfort with cash handling at volume is a must.

Our soft count team handles the counting and verification of cash from our gaming floor operations. This is a part-time role — typically two or so hours per shift — making it a great fit for someone who wants flexible, consistent work without a full-time commitment. You'll work with a small, trusted team in a secure environment, and accuracy and discretion are everything.

Desert Bluffs is the Tri-Cities poker leader — and we're doubling down with a full house-banked expansion in May/June 2026. We need a Casino Operations Manager who is wired for systems, compliance, and financial accuracy. You'll own the operational backbone of our cardroom: reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, accounting controls, and the procedural documentation that keeps a licensed gaming operation clean and audit-ready. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Casino Experience Manager and report directly to ownership. We're looking for a Casino Experience Manager to own the people side of that expansion: hiring the right team, training them to a high standard, and making sure every guest who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience. You'll set the tone for how our casino feels, build strong relationships with players, and be the person who holds the team accountable to the standard we've built. This is a senior role at a fast-growing operation with real earning potential for the right person.

As a part-time Maintenance & Handyman contractor at Desert Bluffs, you handle the day-to-day upkeep and repairs that keep our facility looking sharp and operating smoothly. From carpentry and drywall to plumbing fixes and general handyman work, you're the person we call when something needs attention — and you take pride in getting it done right.

You're the eyes of the operation. As a Surveillance Officer at Desert Bluffs, you monitor the gaming floor, cash handling areas, and property via camera systems to protect guests, staff, and the integrity of our operation. You catch what others miss — whether it's a procedural violation, suspicious behavior, or a safety concern — and you document and report it clearly and professionally.

You're the calm in the storm. As a Security Officer at Desert Bluffs, you protect our guests, team members, and property by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment on the floor. You de-escalate situations before they become problems, respond quickly when they do, and make sure every person who walks through our doors feels secure. You're visible, professional, and approachable — the kind of presence that makes people feel at ease.

You run the floor. As a Pit Boss at Desert Bluffs, you oversee table games operations, support your dealers, resolve disputes, and make sure the gaming floor runs smoothly and by the book. You're the first line of leadership between the tables and management — calm under pressure, sharp on the rules, and someone the team respects.

As a Table Games Dealer at Desert Bluffs, you run blackjack, poker, and carnival games with precision and personality — keeping play moving, protecting the integrity of the game, and making sure every player at your table is having a good time. You know your way around a deck and a layout, you handle chips and payouts accurately under pressure, and you bring the same joy on a slow Tuesday as you do on a packed Saturday night.
